Former registrar of the Supreme Court of Pakistan, Muhammad Amin Farooqui, said on Tuesday that he would file an appeal according to "Supreme Court Staff Appointment Rules" in a couple of days against the orders of forced retirement from service on corruption charges. Farooqui said this while talking to APP regarding his forced retirement by the Chief Justice of Pakistan, Justice Nazim Hussain Siddiqui after receiving audit report as well as conducting an inquiry.
Responding to a question about his appeal, he said, "I have the right to file an appeal against the orders according to rules of the Supreme Court."
